RaiCin Banana Bread
This is an easy and tasty banana bread recipe with a bit of extra flavour with the RaiCin Spread.
Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 overripe bananas, mashed
2 Eggs
1/2 cup (125ml) canola oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs RaiCin Spread
Bananas, extra, halved lengthways, for the top
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
STEP 2
Combine the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk the mashed banana, eggs, oil and milk in a large jug. Add to the flour mixture and stir to combine. Add the RaiCin Spread to swirl through batter. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth surface. Top with halved banana.
STEP 3
Bake for 45min or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool on wire rack.
Easy RaiCin Cinnamon Scrolls
This is a super simple recipe to whip up quickly.
Ingredients:
Puff pastry 1-2 sheets
RaiCin Spread
Butter
Icing sugar
Method: Defrost the puff pastry sheets and spread and spread a generous amount of butter over the pastry. Follow with 1-2 tablespoons of RaiCin Spread. Roll the pastry up and slice into 3cm rolls. Place on an oven tray and bake for 10-12mins at 180 degrees (C).
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve warm.
Rum and RaiCin Ice Cream
This is so simple and delicious. A must for any Rum and Raisin fan.
Ingredients
600ml thickened cream
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons RaiCin Spread
1 tablespoon Rum (or to taste)
Method: Beat the cream until soft peaks, then fold in the condensed milk. Add the RaiCin Spread and rum and fold in gently. Pour into a freezer safe bowl or container and freeze overnight.
